Minda Industries posts 46% decline in Q4 net profit at Rs 74 cr NEW DELHI: Minda Industries Ltd (MIL) on Thursday reported a decline of 46 per cent in its consolidated net profit at Rs 74 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2019.

Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 1,486 crore in Q4 2019 with EBITDA margin 12.4 per cent, the company said.

Profit after tax (MIL share) decreased by 8 per cent year on year to Rs 286 crore in FY 2018-19 from Rs 310 crore in FY 2017-18.

The consolidated revenue stood at Rs 5,908 crore for FY 2018-19 as against Rs 4,471 crore in FY 2017-18 recording a growth of 32 per cent YOY.

This was primarily driven by improvement in the performance of switches business and lamps and consistent improvement in mix manufacturing vis-à-vis trading sales.

Consolidated EBITDA stood at Rs 725 crore for FY 2018-19 as against Rs 534 crore for FY 2017-18, a growth of 36 per cent year on year.
